B Structured – Meet with one of our Client Managers and establish your business needs and goals.

We’ll confirm the best structure for your new business, set about establishing those structures* and attend to the necessary registrations you need (eg Tax file numbers, Australian Business numbers, GST and payroll registrations).

B Organised – We will establish a XERO Cloud Based accounting file for your new business – to facilitate the record keeping for the business in such a way that is seamless, simple, user friendly and one that can be set-up in such a way that it largely runs itself.

We will also train you on managing the monthly bookkeeping for your new business, including how to prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements. We’re on hand for monthly phone support to ensure you stay on track with your bookkeeping obligations.

To help streamline your bookkeeping, we’ll take care of the monthly software subscription costs.

B Supported – Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone! We’re here to help with phone and email support for day-to-day/business as usual matters all included in your B Set package.

B Prepared – We’ll prepare detailed and summary estimates of tax and PAYG instalments payable across the group including due dates for lodgement and payment, enabling you to plan your cash-flow and prevent surprise tax bills.

B Compliant – We’ll prepare and lodge the income tax returns for the new business, maximising potential tax claims, and review and verify assessment notices issued by the Tax Office.

We’ll liaise with relevant government authorities, ie Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, Office of State Revenue on your behalf.

B Successful – Following the end of financial year, we will meet with you to discuss the financials, and help position you into your next year of business.

Your Investment to Business Success

Starting a business is hard work, let alone when you’re trying to change the world. When you’re just starting out, cashflow can be tight – so our package is designed to provide all of the essentials you need, without the added financial burden. To assist with this, our B Set package spreads the years investment out across 12 monthly instalments of $250 per month (exclusive of GST). 

*Any structure establishment charges will be outlayed at cost
