To us, business is a vehicle that can create a positive impact on the lives of those connected it, and to us, that all starts with how the individuals inside a business are treated – so being named as “Best for Workers” is humbling recognition of our efforts to putting team members first and creating a positive work environment.
We attribute our high work environment score to our open-book management culture – our approach being modelled on the Great Game of Business.
